Your car gets regular maintenance work such as oil/ filter changes … tire rotations … wash/detailing. And note, if these things are done the vehicle lasts longer and looks good longer. If you don’t do these things the vehicle ends up worth nothing in the end, but the value of it’s scrap metal.
Your home is an even bigger (and more complex, longer-lasting) investment which also needs regular maintenance. Roof, gutters, and siding cleaning … furnace filter and light bulb changing … driveway and walk way pressure washing are a few of the regular items every home needs attended to.
Informed home owners understand that proper maintenance is critical to keeping a home’s value intact.
That’s why we are offering a Monthly Home Maintenance Plan, a collection of about 50 services pre-scheduled throughout the year to keep your home in great shape.
Your maintenance manager will visit your home every month to preform seasonal tasks such as gutter cleaning as well as important annual and semi-annual services such as checking smoke detectors.
The service includes a maintenance log book which will describe work done and note items to be looked at future times.
